Ex. President Harmohinder Singh filed another case CWP 1266/2020 against RCS Pb. & ACC Society in High Court for challenging measurements of incompleted construction of Boundary Wall of ACC Project during 2012.
Now Court has fixed further hearing 16.5.2023 and now further adjourned for 8.9.23 for decesion. Whereas RCS Pb has since been issued orders vide his letter No. 1358-72 dated 13.1.2021 for the recovery of excess payment ie Rs. 14,39,172/- made by the then Committee’s Head Ex. President Harmohinder Singh and Ex. Secy. Paramjeet Singh to the Contractor.
And the case for effecting the recovery is still lying pending with Assistant Registrar Co-op societies Mohali.
